    This can include DJ Decks, speakers, a microphone, cabling and lighting.

    For events where an AV company is contracted, Ruby liaises directly with them, ensuring all tech requirements are considered and met, and bump-in/out is a breeze.

  • Yes!
    Ruby is always happy to accomodate for music requests.

  • Please fill in a quote form and Ruby will send you a bespoke quote based on the information you’ve provided. If you’re happy to move forward, confirm this with Ruby and she’ll send you an upfront partial payment invoice. Once this has been settled, it’s official! You’re all locked in and Ruby will advise the next steps from there.

  • No sweat!
    If any changes occur, let Ruby know and these will be reflected in the final invoice, due the week before the event.

    If changes are significant, a new quote may be provided for your consideration.

  • With a Visual Arts background, Ruby loves to dress to match the aesthetic of your event!
    She has a wardrobe packed with a range of options - from classic sophisticated neutrals, colourful suits, to sparkly vintage pieces, she'll merge seamlessly with your event's unique style.

    This is a service that can be added to Ruby’s fee if needed.
